Following the recently SOLD OUT event in February, Showdown Fights is presenting Uprising! This will be at the UCCU Center on the campus of Utah Valley University on May 4th. Showdown Fights will present the best MMA entertainment value to fans in the Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Arizona and Nevada area. For those not able to attend the event it will be available to view LIVE ONLINE at www.showdownfights.com

The upcoming Break Out show is being held on February 24, 2012. This will be held Friday at the UCCU Events Center on the campus of Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah. Jason South is out of Utah which has a very strong pool of young local talent that includes Court McGee, Ramsey Nijem and Steven Siler! Jason is a very strong Jiu-Jitsu specialist and has continued to finish fights with various submissions.

Showdown Fights – Evolution will be the pro debut of Jan Jorgensen. Jan is used to being in the news and the pressure as a former BYU football standout. Jan is the current all-time sack leader for the Mountain West Conference. Jan has continued his success on the field in the cage as an undefeated amateur. Jan will face off with Lolo Tuiaki who already has a pro record of 2-2.
